VENUE AND ACCESS
Q Where do the festival take place?
A It will take place at two theaters in Shibuya. One is EuroLive for four days and the other is Uplink Shibuya for only one day on Sunday, June 2.

Q How can I get to the venue from Haneda or Narita Airport?
A You can take the express bus or train to Shibuya station. Please check here for further details.
ACCESSIBILITY
Q Is the Festival accessible?
A Yes, we will prepare interpretation services in spoken Japanese, Japanese Sign Language and Japanese subtitles for all events. We will offer interpretation services in International Signs, American Sign Language and English subtitles as well.
-Please install the application “UDTalk” on your mobile device in advance if you need subtitles in languages other than Japanese and English. UDTalk allows you to view subtitles in your preferred language on your device. Please ask our staff at the venue if you need technical support.
Q Does the venue have wheelchair access?
A The theater is well equipped and wheelchair-accessible. A wheelchair space and accessible restroom is available.
You can use the elevator to come up to the second floor.
Q Are assistance dogs allowed at the venue?
A Yes, they are allowed to enter in the theater with you.
Q Is there a nursery in the venue?
A No, there is no nursery room.
Q Are there any age restrictions?
A Infants and pre-school children are not allowed to enter the theater. Although school aged children are welcomed to enter the theater, some of the films might be R-rated.
ACCOMODATION
Q Can the Festival offer any accommodation?
A No, we cannot offer accommodation. However, there are plenty of places to stay in Tokyo, and we advise you to arrange your own accommodation.
Q Where can I stay?
A We recommend hotels close to Shibuya station.
TICKETS
Q Can visitors outside Japan purchase the tickets?
A Yes, they can purchase advance tickets through Google Forms and paying with PayPal. Please check here for more information.
Q Can I purchase tickets at the door on the day of screening?
A Yes, a limited number of tickets will be available. Please ask the front desk. However, we suggest you purchase advance tickets as they may be sold out.
